Second picture is not Paris but Brussels!!! It’s the Atomium, the most emblematic monument of the city… And yes, last year it was cleaned as you can see on the photos. Quite impressive indeed. Don’t tell me people still mix up European cities… :(

i was told about the second photo by my brother too, but didn't get time so far to update the post. (final exams, still 2 left :( )
you are "disconcerted"?, i think that those who have visited the cities wouldn't mix up.

nice shots, like the 2nd and 3rd ones.

i have been using Olympus C740 for more than a year, and carry it with me whereever i travel. It works very well.
